“I would like to thank Mission For All Nations...They are an example to me and my life. It makes me want to do more. Thank you!” Rachel B.“I would like to thank Mission For All Nations for the blessings of food and prayer for me and my family. I needed a job where I could use my LPN skills but with a bad back that was hard to find. God has provided a job that is just what I needed. I am so thankful. The food pantries that I have received have helped supply food when things have been tight. They give a range of foods; meats, dairy, bread and even fun snacks for the kids. I like volunteering because I meet lots of neat people. I also like to see the staff at Mission For All Nations as they help people. They all have smiles on their faces, showing the joy of the Lord and witnessing to everyone who steps in through the doors. They are an example to me and my life. It makes me want to do more. Thank you!” Rachel B.

Special Thanks to Trinity UMC and Food Bank of the Heartland for holding a mobile food pantry that served 776 individuals.
Mission For All Nations in partnership with Trinity UMC and Food Bank of the Heartland recently held a Mobile Food Pantry in the parking lot at Trinity UMC. The response at this event was higher than usual, with 776 individuals receiving a food pantry. Trinity’s volunteer crew did a wonderful job of getting everything set up and then they had fun handing out the food. Just a couple of boxes of food were left when the last person was done. Thank you to all who volunteered. You were a blessing to those in need.

  June Volunteer of the Month

Dodji Salifou can usually be found at the front door of the pantry greeting everyone with a smile. He not only greets people coming in but helps seat people and hand out forms. The most important thing that he has helped us with is sharing the word of God with all who come to Mission For All Nations. He has also been the main person making follow up phone calls on all the prayer request cards that get turned in. His love for God has touched the staff as well as those that we are serving at each pantry. Thank You Dodji!

TEXT OF THE MONTH

“In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
Acts 20:35 (NIV)

"For I was hungry, and you gave me meat: I was thirsty, and you gave me drink:
I was a stranger, and you took me in: Naked, and you clothed me." Matthew 25:35.
