A Special Thanks to All Stuff a Truck Participants!

Thanks for making our second annual Stuff a Truck such a successful event.

Many thanks to the 11 Hy-Vee stores that participated with us in this event. Please stop a minute and tell your local Hy-Vee thanks for promoting Stuff a Truck. Employees packed up the sacks of food and set up displays. Directors & Managers came to unload trucks.
274 men, women, and teens served
715 hours as volunteers
selling 3,589 sacks to the public.

Over 2,000 people were served food in August. This food was urgently needed. Thanks to every contributor who purchased a sack. Your donation meant that we did not have to turn people away. The timing of this event proved critical. Without the extra donations we would not have had enough food to give people this month.
